The Specialized Security Sport Division supplies stewards and security to sports stadium and sporting events throughout Scotland.

Since the Hillsborough and Bradford disasters, the implementation of the “Taylor Report” and the “Green Guide”, the safety of spectators at sports grounds is of vital importance.

Our stewards are all trained to a high standard with regular training sessions, both on and off the job. We have been involved in the pre-planning and stewarding at some of Scotland’s newest purpose built stadium.

Match days are the most important to any club as they are not just catering for the two teams, but also hospitality guests, visiting officials, dignitaries, supporters, ball attendants, match officials, the list endless. This is why Specialized Security’s policy to plan any match day operation in conjunction with each club to ensure its smooth running.

Our staff all follow our strict uniform policy and are distinctly dressed in white shirt, black trousers, black shoes and company tie. Ground stewards wear hi-visibility yellow or red jackets which are all individually numbered, with hospitality stewards wearing a company blazer.
