Training

Specialized Security recognised that to consistently deliver a high quality level of service, continuous investment in staff training and development is a key element.

We offer not only SIA training courses but also a broad range of sector specific training programs that can be tailored to meet the demands of the industry. All training is carried out within our in-house training school by our training and development manager.

We have City and Guilds approval to teach Level 2 National Certificate for both Door Supervision and Security Guarding and a Maybo license to teach physical intervention skills.

Sector specific training programs are constructed from core modules such as first aid, health and safety awareness, communication and customer service and supplemented by additional job specific training.

We also offer training to other companies within the industry who don't have their own facilities. This training can be organised to suit individual needs which can even be scheduled as evening or weekend courses.
