Scott O'Neill, Managing Director

Scott was appointed as Managing Director in April 2009. He leads the senior management team and is responsible for the overall running of the business.
Scott has been involved in the security industry since 1990, starting as a part-time door supervisor and event steward. Progressing through the ranks more recently Scott has held the position of night time operations manager at both Glastonbury and Reading Festivals.
Scott’s background was previously in IT where he has a BEng in Software Engineering and brings with him a wealth of customer orientated business experience and an appreciation of the processes required to ensure that quality and best practice are maintained throughout the company.

Tom Clements, Director

Tom currently holds the position of Director with responsibility for both Events and Finance.
Tom has been involved within the security and crowd control industry since 1990, during which time he has been involved with many major events including Glastonbury and Reading Festivals and also major football, rugby and other sporting events.
Tom was a member of the working party involved in the writing of the Event Guide and Safety at Sports Grounds Guide, produced by the Health and Safety Executive, as well as Disability at Events Guide, produced by the Disability Rights Commission. Tom is currently a member of the working party who are updating the current Event Guide.
In November 2009, Tom was elected Chairman of the National Outdoor Events Organisation in Scotland for a 2 year term.
John Thompson, Director

John was appointed as a Director in January 2000 as the company began to provide Manned Guarding services. He is an integral part of the management team with responsibility for Manned Guarding and Door Supervision services. He has successfully built up a portfolio of clients over the years through his drive to provide the highest level of service.
Prior to joining the company, John had 24 years experience in the construction industry, working his way from site foreman, site manager to contracts supervisor on many prestige contracts throughout the UK, giving him a wealth of experience in the ways of site operations.
John also has many years security experience working at various events for the company. He has regularly performed the roles of Artiste Liaison for both the Glastonbury and Reading Festivals and Operations Manager for the Royal Highland Show.
Ian McCulloch, Training and Development Manager

Ian was appointed as the Training and Development Manager in January 2009.
Ian has a long and diverse background in training issues from a long career in the military and more recently over 15 years in Sports Grounds Safety and Security Management. He has an MSc in Emergency and Safety Sciences, a Graduate of the City and Guilds Institute and a ‘Fellow’ of the Institute of Leadership and Management. He is also a trained trainer to City and Guilds 7303 (level 4) and 1886 (level 3) standard.
After a long career at senior management level Ian will bring with him the highest standard of training excellence and will promote and improve the quality of security training to ensure that we only select and supply the best people for the job.
Linda Campbell, Administration Assistant

Linda was appointed as Administration Assistant in August 2007, with the main responsibly for accounts and payroll administration.
After a long career of nearly 40 years working for the civil service, Linda brings with her a wealth of office orginisational and administration skills.
