The Royal Highland Show 2010

The Royal Highland Show well and truly earned the title of The Greatest Show on Earth with nearly 190,000 people flocking to the Royal Highland Centre at Ingliston.
The event's carnival atmosphere helped by the incredible weather, made the four days of the show the best on record setting a new attendance record of 187,644, an increase of more than 11,000 on last year’s record of 176,522.
The event showcased the wares of Scottish farmers, but there really was something for everybody, from the Food Hall where over 100 companies exhibited their wares, with the cooking demonstrations and free samples, to the Main Ring, where all kinds of animals were paraded.
Specialized Security were contracted as the sole supplier to provide and manage the security and crowd management operation for this year's event.
